Over the past week, we’ve presented our Top 10 Customs of 2025 along with several Top 10 lists in popular categories like Cafe Racers, Scramblers, etc. These were objective, data-driven lists in which bikes were selected according to the amount of website traffic and social engagement they accrued.
Today, we’re happy to present our Top 10 Editor’s Choice, which is a more subjective list of our personal favorites from the year — the bikes and stories that gave us the biggest kick to feature!The only rule is that a bike has not appeared in one of our past Top 10 lists.

We loved the bikes from our new friend Alex of Taiwan’s AX Studio, who began customizing his first bike at the age of 18, working out of a 17 square-foot basement garage. These AX Studio builds weren’t actually built in 2025, though we showcased them this year.
Editor’s Choice 2025: Favorite Stories
Though single bike features are our bread ‘n’ butter, we also share other kinds of moto-stories from time to time. Thee are the 2025 stories we loved sharing the most, from a 6000-mile journey through Africa on vintage bikes to a cinematic highlight of a hillclimbing dynasty to the history of a British visionary and the off-road chassis he designed.
