1996 Britten V1000
The Britten V1000 was a radical departure from conventional race bike design. Creator John Britten was an engineering genius who—together with a talented team of craftsmen—built the bike from scratch on a shoestring budget in his backyard workshop in New Zealand. Only 10 Britten V1000s were ever built.
