The financial company Synchrony Financial recently held a study on powersports buyers. The study revealed that most powersports buyers would be against buying their powersport vehicle of choice, whether it be ATV, motorcycle, scooter, or watercraft, if a reasonable pricing plan were not available at the time of purchase. The two main reasons were that it makes the purchase more affordable, and the can budget accordingly. The study also revealed the the complete buying process takes up to four months from when the decision is made to the actual purchase of a powersports vehicle. Another interesting fact is that while more than three quarters of buyers do their research online and in store, less than half do so using a mobile device.
