Last weekend was the 13th annual edition of The One Moto Show in Portland, Oregon, created by the fine folks of See See Motorcycles. Since it began in 2009, “The 1 Moto” has become one of the world’s largest and best custom motorcycle shows, showcasing a vast array of bikes, builders, and moto-inspired art.
“Funny thing about motorcycles, when you get ONE, you want two. When you get two you want ten. Then one day you have ten motorcycles. You start to think about how to combine all of them into one bike. Not literally combine all the parts into one, but take all the knowledge you have accumulated and build a machine that encompasses your vision of the ideal bike, The One Motorcycle.” —The1Moto.com
Like last year, the 2022 show took place at the historic Zidell Barge Building, a massive 122,000 square-foot open-air structure used to build ships in the 1930s. More than 200 bikes were on display, and other highlights included a vendor mall, bands every night, and several different motorcycle stunt shows.

For 2022, our man on the ground was Fouad “Moh” Mohiadeen (@astronaut_bear), a Baghdad-born, Portland-raised Navy veteran with three combat air medals. He’s a diehard moto aficionado and exotic car chaser, and the founder of Panigale Riders.
As with this year’s Handbuilt Show, we have some many photos that we’ve decided to split the show coverage into several segments, highlighting different types of bikes. First up are the cafe racers, sport bikes, and land-speed racers!
