The Altar of Speed: More from Worship Moto Show 2025…
Welcome to Round II of the 2025 Worship Moto Show in Leeds, UK. As we noted in our first round of coverage, organizer Gary Inman of Sideburn / DirtQuake fame has created a show quite unlike any other on the planet. The emphasis here is on high-powered performance and muscle bikes, many of which boast turbochargers, NOS, and/or big-bore air/oil-cooled engines.
Drag bikes, muscle bikes, restomods, and names like Spondon, Martek, and JMC were all on display inside Left Bank Leeds, a gorgeous restored church built in 1907. As friend, builder, and sometime correspondent Roman Juriš said: “I think it’s a world record for the number of horses inside a church.” Truly, it would be tough (likely impossible) to name a custom motorcycle show with more horsepower per rear wheel…we certainly can’t!
