Adventure Bike Rider Festival (ABR) 2025

“Three Days That Feel Like Freedom…”

The UK’s Adventure Bike Rider Festival (ABR) is hailed as the “world’s greatest celebration of adventure motorcycling.” Held on the grounds of the Ragley Hall Estate in Warwickshire, it draws thousands of ADV riders and industry professionals from across the globe for three days of on-bike action and festival entertainment.

ABR The festival began as a small gathering of like-minded friends in a farmer’s field near Stratford upon Avon, but it’s retained a spirit of community and inclusion from the very beginning.

“Our mantra has always been it doesn’t matter what bike you ride, it doesn’t matter if you’re an expert or novice and it does not matter whether your travel experience is UK only or you’ve ridden to the Mongolian Steppe. All are welcome and the only requirement is that you have a great time.” -Alun Davies, ABR Founder

Obviously, true adventure bikes are the most common machines at the festival, but the emphasis here is on the adventure, not the model of machine. You’ll see ADV bikes, vintage dirt bikes, old-school rally raiders, custom scramblers, and more.

What’s more, the Adventure Bike Rider Festival guarantees a holy trinity of charms, the so-called “Three Pillars” of the ABR: premium location, posh toilets, and good beer.

1. The Ragley Hall Estate is a premium, grade-A venue and you’ll feel special as soon as you ride through the gates. It is a location that pays respect to us all and we can all be proud to call home for a weekend.

2. The toilets and shower facilities will always be top quality and there’ll be plenty of them. In other words posh loos that are regularly cleaned and attended, and hot showers.

3. There will always, always be a pint of good beer on offer at a great price.

For 2025, there were 20 on-site bars, 20 live bands, 50 street food stalls, four stages full of guest speakers, and all kinds of activities from ax-throwing to free massages. But the ABR focus remains on riding, with 50 kilometers of trails, complete with test rides, group rideouts, and self-directed exploring on two wheels.

“There aren’t many places in the UK where you can ride 50km of uninterrupted trails, but at the ABR Festival you can. Take your big adventure bike off-road on a purpose-built Bridgestone Trail and experience the thrill of riding a long and varied trail. Or, head to the 8km-long, all-bike TRF Trail for a more challenging route, designed with smaller trail bikes in mind.”

ABR There are few places where you can see so many of today’s big adventure motorcycles being put through their paces off road. There’s something mighty grin-inducing in the sight of these heavyweight beasts being thrown around like overgrown dirt bikes.

Fortunately our friend and photographer Roberto Garagarza (@roga______) was in attendance with his own “Yax Muuk” Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE to capture the action.

Below you’ll find a selection of shots from the 2025 ABR. If you’re on the right side of the pond to attend and you’ve got an ADV bike in the garage — or anything on two wheels, actually — we highly recommend you put ABR 2026 on your calendar!
