This is a brute of a bike – women and children run in the house when it rumbles by. It is based on a 1994 Ducati 900ss – the same motorcycle that Hunter S. Thompson made famous – but it is now much lighter and more powerful. This bike waves it front wheel in the air in first and second gear, if you want to, and it has the suspension and brakes to run with the sport bikes in the mountains. Yet, it will rumble from hangout to tavern in style and comfort when that’s what the day calls for.
It was a total frame-off build with every part being restored to better than new condition OR replaced with new components where it made sense. The bike has new tires, forks, wiring, ignition, pods, exhaust, brake pads, cables, hoses, alternator, etc., etc. It starts and runs like a new bike – a new bike with a huge attitude, that is.
This bike took that “Best Ducati” award in a local car/bike show that featured nothing but Italian cars and motorcycles and it draws a LOT of attention going down the road, or when you pull in to meet your buddies. It is a BADASS bike and you’ll look good riding it.
