A speedway-inspired Triumph “Triten”…

Each summer, the Austrian Alps play host to one of the world’s most beloved motorcycle rallies, Club of Newchurch. The event formerly known as Tridays is seven days of “pure motorcycle emotion,” featuring tours, test rides, stunt shows, music, races, and much more. When the mastermind of the event, Uli Bree, wanted a bike to commemorate the festival’s tenth anniversary, he turned to none other than Fuel Motorcycles of Barcelona — famous for their Scram Africa builds, as well as a wide array of high-quality riding gear and apparel.

The inspiration for the build came from old speedway motorcycles, with their small fuel tanks, full rear fenders, and low centers of gravity. They chose a 2014 Triumph Thruxton as the donor bike, complete with EFI, can bus, and a 70-hp parallel-twin. The end result is this slide-happy Triumph “Triten” — “Tri-” for Tridays, “-ten” for tenth anniversary — which was the main bike of the festival.

Below, we get the full story on the build!
