“The British Inappropriate Motorcycle Race & Festival in Motion…”
From July 18-20th, the 2025 Malle Mile Festival — aka “the greatest and most inappropriate motorcycle race and festival in the country” — returned to Grimsthorpe Castle in Lincolnshire, England. Hosted by the good folks of Malle London — purveyors of handcrafted motorcycle luggage, apparel, and adventure accessories — the event is now in its 11th year.
“A celebration of motorcycle culture in all its forms, with a non-stop programme of very inappropriate racing, world class music on the Mile stage, the Art of the Machine Show, photography, custom motorcycle installations, motorcycle/automotive exhibitions, the Malle Scramble, and amazing DJ’s at the now legendary Mile after-party.”
What we love most is the irreverent, fun-forward attitude of the event, and the focus on what motorcycles do best: go! While there are stationary displays and exhibits as mentioned above, the Malle Mile is truly a festival in motion, with riders on everything from staid street bikes to priceless antiques to radical customs, putting their bikes on the strip and in the dirt.
We were fortunate to have our man Roberto Garagarza (@roga______) in attendance once again, and he took some incredible shots of the action. Today, we’re thrilled to present our first round of photos from the festival. Enjoy!
