Earlier this month, the city of Portland played host to the The One Motorcycle Show — the 17th annual edition of the event, hosted as ever by lovely folks from See See Motorcycles. According to “Burt Furnace” (the Anchorman-style alter ego of founder Thor Drake), there’s no show within light years that compares:
Seriously, The One Moto has become an anchor point of the West Coast, Pacific Northwest, and Mountain West moto-scenes. Builders and enthusiasts from all over the western half of the country (and beyond) flock to the show, which celebrates custom motorcycles, art, and community. Here’s how The One Moto team billed it this year:

The show once again took place in the massive Zidell Yards, a 33-acre former shipbreaking and barge-building site on Portland’s Williamette River waterfront. The event showcase hundreds of custom bikes.
Fortunately, our man Fouad “Moh” Mohiadeen (@astronaut_bear) — a Baghdad-born, Portland-raised Navy vet, Ducati rider, and light-wrangler extraordinaire — was once again in attendance to capture the two-wheeled splendor of the show.
As always, with so many bikes and photographs, we’re dividing up our show coverage into several galleries based loosely on style / genre. First up are café racers and real race bikes. What’s your favorite bike from this batch?

I remember that last 500 fondly! I got A summer job working for a contractor and transportation was a problem. We only had one car and DD used it. One of the helpers had one of those 2 stroke beast and offered a ride. I had to walk a block down the street cause my mom would have said Oh hell no! We had to cross the James River bride and I could think is if we crash, we’ll go through that bridge like cheese through a grater! It was a great summer gig.
