The Honda TMX125 is an air-cooled thumper, a variation of the better-known CB125 and CG125 series. These Honda 125cc singles have long been hailed as punchy, bulletproof performers over the years. They are also a favorite customization platform for one of our favorite workshops, Revolt Cycles of the Philippines.
Now the RVLT crew is back with a pair of Honda 125 brat builds: RVLT32 (Blanko), which we recently featured, and today’s bike, RVLT33 (Viper) — so named for its pointed rear end. This 125cc brat cafe was built for a client who wanted a fun, head-turning city commuter.
Below, we get the full story on the build, as well as some stunning shots from full deck of photos from Rodulfo Ouano, aka The Jeb Photo Mercenary.
Honda TMX125 Brat “Viper”: In the Builder’s Words
This once again another whip of the reliable little Honda Tmx125/cb125/cg125.
We came up with two designs which was simply done to have the daily commute more interesting and fun. Basically built for that city cruise enjoyment. The RVLT32 (Blanko) — black classic style — and RVLT33 (Viper) — red with pointed rear end.
Both builds came in the shop time and finished at the same time. Both owners had their own personal touch and of course left most with the revolt way to top it off.
RVLT33 VIPER
Similar style build with the BLANKO but with a little point at the rear end to have that sharp pointed rear end look blended with the seat looking like a viper’s tail.
Complemented with a custom design paint red on black on the fuel tank with a Yellow Honda Revolt wing sticker on.
Overall another head turner bike for the small busy city commutes and traffic. On the point with the Viper in every traffic light and streets.
